Elate Junior Club
American Association of Orthodontists recommends orthodontic check ups as early 7 years old. During these yearly visits, we monitor the skeletal growth, development and the eruption of the teeth. If needed, we may recommend to Intervene at younger ages to avoid developmental problems. This is called Early Orthodontic Treatment or Phase I. We use conventional braces, expanders and Invisalign / Angel Aligners for our Phase I treatments.

If you don’t wear your retainers, your teeth will continue to shift throughout your life. You cannot stop teeth from moving but you can remind them to remain in place. Wearing your retainers is an essential part of ensuring that you enjoy a long lasting, beautiful smile. Here at Elate Orthodontics, we are committed to protecting your investment of time and money even after the end of your orthodontic treatment with the help of the Retainer Assurance Program. This program helps to keep you from ever needing to replace retainers at full price in the next 10 years.
Program Highlights:
- One time $800 fee for top and bottom teeth
- 10-year Essix type clear retainer replacement for top and bottom teeth
- $50 co-payment per occurrence for top and bottom teeth
- Neither the program cost nor the co-payment can be charged to insurance
Retainers for a decade:
Our 10-year Retainer Assurance Program allows you to have your retainers replaced for 10 years after the purchase date for a small copayment: $50 per set for clear Essix retainers (upper and lower) – this would normally be $500 per set for new patients.
The Retainer Assurance Program fees are nonrefundable or transferable. Typical turnaround time for delivery of retainers is 3 to 5 business days; however, this may vary depending on practice and patient availability.
The Program price is $800 and is locked for 10 years.
Not included in this program:
- Hawley or bonded/fixed retainers
- Progressive tooth movement
- Mailing/shipping costs for completed retainers to patient if out of area
- Invisalign / Angel Aligners retainers or passive aligners
