Two of our three offices are the closest specialist orthodontic practices to town, both on roads Little Elm families already drive.

Little Elm sits on the west shore of Lewisville Lake, which makes the drive question mostly about which way you are already heading. Our West Frisco office is up FM 423. Our The Colony office is down Highway 121. For most of town one of those two is ten to fifteen minutes.
Families switch between them more than you might expect, usually because one works better for a school run on Tuesdays and the other for a Friday afternoon.
To be clear: we do not have an office in Little Elm. These are the two nearest offices, and both sit on routes through town rather than somewhere you would have to go out of your way for.
Why Little Elm families end up here.
The school geography helps. Little Elm ISD does not sit entirely inside Little Elm.
- Strike Middle School and Prestwick STEM Academy both physically sit in The Colony, a few minutes from that office.
- Hackberry Elementary has a Frisco address, which puts those families on our side of the lake already.
- FM 423 is the road most of Little Elm uses for everything else anyway, and our West Frisco office is on it.
None of that makes us local in the sense of having a building in town. It does mean an appointment rarely adds a trip you were not already making.

The first visit
The first appointment is free and takes about forty minutes. Exam, digital scan, and a plain answer about whether anything needs doing. Plenty of Little Elm parents come in expecting bad news and leave with a note to check again next year. The American Association of Orthodontists suggests a first check at about age seven.
Insurance and payment
We are in network with most major PPO plans and file the claim regardless. Financing in house is interest free, generally about five hundred down over twelve to twenty four months.

We try to. After school slots fill quickly in term time, so book those further ahead.
