The office we opened first
Elate started here before either Frisco office existed. A fair number of the families we see now started here too, some of them with a child who has since finished treatment and a younger sibling just getting going. That is a slower kind of relationship than a location page usually gets to describe, and it is the main thing that makes this office different from the other two.

121 and 423 between them cover a lot of ground, which is why this office draws from further out than its address suggests.
- The Colony is the home crowd. Most patients here are a few minutes away, and Lewisville ISD schedules are what we book around.
- Little Elm comes down 423. This office and our West Frisco one are the two closest specialist orthodontic practices to the town.
- Lewisville and Carrollton come up 121. For the north end of both, this is usually a shorter run than heading into Denton or Plano.
- Plano families on the west side use 121 as well, particularly if they are already crossing for work.

Something this office sees more than the others: parents coming back with a younger sibling, years after the first one finished. It changes the conversation. They already know how the appointments work and what the retainer argument is going to be like at fifteen, so we spend the consultation on what is actually different about this child rather than explaining the basics again.
What it costs
Aligners and braces land close enough to each other here that price rarely decides it. We are in network with most major PPO plans and file the claim regardless. In-house financing runs interest free, usually about five hundred down over twelve to twenty four months, and we take CareCredit and Cherry. Every number is written down at the consultation before you agree to anything.
Dr. Baharvand is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Kang is a residency trained orthodontic specialist and board eligible.

No. We are in The Colony, on Highway 121. Our two Frisco offices are separate, up FM 423 and on 380. All three run the same schedule and the same doctors.
I started treatment here. Can I finish at a Frisco office?
Yes. Records and treatment plans move with you and nothing restarts. Some families switch mid-treatment when a school run changes.
Do you work around Lewisville ISD schedules?
We try to. Early slots and later afternoons go quickly during term, so book those further ahead than you think you need to.
My older child was treated here years ago. Does that help?
It helps us, because we already have their records and know how the family handles retainers. It does not change the price.
What does the first visit cost?
Nothing. Exam, scan and the conversation are free, and you leave with the treatment plan and the number in writing.
