This office shares a building with Tribute Family Dentistry, our sister practice. They handle cleanings, fillings, and general and family dentistry for all ages. We handle the orthodontics.
One place for both
Cleanings with them, orthodontics with us, at the same address. The two practices book separately, so these are still two appointments on two days, but it is one familiar building and one set of directions.
The teams actually talk
If a tooth needs work before braces go on, that conversation happens down the hall rather than across two practices and a records request.
Not everyone needs it
Plenty of patients keep their own dentist and just come to us for orthodontics. That is completely fine.

FM 423 is the road most of west Frisco is organised around, which makes this the easy one for anyone on that side of the tollway. Parking is out front.
Who comes to this office
- Tribute, Phillips Creek Ranch and Creeks of Legacy are the closest neighborhoods. For most of them this is a five to ten minute drive.
- Little Elm sits across the lake. This office and our The Colony office are the two closest specialist orthodontic practices to the town, both on roads Little Elm families already drive.
- The Colony is straight down 423. Plenty of families who started with us at our original Colony office now come here instead, or switch between the two depending on the week.

Adults are a bigger share than people expect
Clear aligners are usually what finally brings someone in after years of thinking about it, and relapse after childhood braces is a common reason. If you wore braces at thirteen and stopped wearing the retainer at fifteen, you are not unusual and it is fixable.
The first visit
No charge, and that covers the exam, the digital scan and the conversation. Most people book it to find out whether they need anything at all, which is a perfectly good reason to come in. Nobody will push you toward starting that day.
For children, the American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first evaluation at seven. Most of those visits end with us saying come back in a year. That is a good outcome, not a wasted trip.
Insurance and payment
We take most major PPO plans and file the claim whether we are in network or not. Financing in house is interest free, generally about five hundred down spread over twelve to twenty four months, and CareCredit and Cherry are both options. Everything is written down before you decide. You can also start with a new patient exam.
Dr. Baharvand is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Kang is a residency trained orthodontic specialist and board eligible. One of them sees you at every appointment.
Two doctors, and only two.
Whichever appointment you book here, one of these two is the person who sees you. No associates, no handing your case along partway through.
What people ask about this office.
Is this the same as the Tribute office?
Yes. Tribute is the neighborhood and this is the office that serves it. We call it West Frisco now because that is how most people describe where they are driving.
Can I see the dentist and the orthodontist on the same visit?
No. Tribute Family Dentistry is in the same building, but the two practices run separate schedules, so a cleaning and an orthodontic appointment are booked on different days. What you do get is one place to remember and two teams who can talk to each other about your case.
Can I switch between your offices?
Yes, and plenty of families do. Same doctors, same records, same treatment plan.
Do you treat adults?
Yes, and it is a meaningful share of what we do here. Clear aligners are usually the reason people finally come in.
What does a first visit cost?
Nothing. The consultation, exam and scan are free.
