University Drive is 380.
That catches people out when two map apps hand them two different street names for the same road. Look for Cook Children’s. We are directly across from it, in Suite 110.
Choosing between our two Frisco offices
Most people choose based on the drive, not the address. If you live in Hollyhock, anywhere north of Main Street, or along 380, this is almost always the shorter trip. That is genuinely the main difference. Same team, same treatment options, same pricing. One sits on 380 in Hollyhock and the other on FM 423 in west Frisco.
The corridor
Who drives 380 to get here.
Being on that highway changes who walks through the door. A lot of our patients here are not from Frisco at all.
- Prosper sits just across 380. For most of the town, and for Windsong Ranch in particular, this is a shorter drive than anything inside Prosper itself.
- Celina families come down Preston or Coit. It is a straight run, and we tend to book those a little later in the day so the drive works around school.
- Aubrey and Savannah are west along 380. Savannah in particular is almost a straight line east to us.
- Little Elm can come either way. Some take 380 across to us here, others cut down to our West Frisco office.
The highway does the work. If you are already on 380 for school runs or groceries, an orthodontic appointment does not add much to your week.

What aligners cost next to braces
Close enough that it rarely decides anything. Aligners run a little differently case to case, but they land in a similar range to braces here, which means the conversation in the chair is mostly about which one suits your teeth and your routine. Cost is a smaller part of that decision than most people expect walking in.
The first visit
Free, and that includes the exam and a digital scan. You leave knowing what treatment would involve, roughly how long it would take, and exactly what it would cost. No referral needed.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first check at age seven. That surprises parents, because seven sounds young. It does not mean braces at seven. It means we get a look while the jaw is still growing, and a few problems are far easier to handle then than at fourteen.
Insurance and payment
We are in network with most major PPO plans, and we file the claim either way. In-house financing is interest free, usually around five hundred down across twelve to twenty four months, and we take CareCredit and Cherry. You will get a written figure at the consultation, before you commit to anything.
You will see Dr. Baharvand or Dr. Kang at every visit. Not a rotating associate, and not a different face each time.

What people ask about this office.
Do I have to come to the same office every time?
No. Your records follow you and both doctors work across all three offices. If the other location is easier one week, we will book you there.
Which Frisco office should I pick?
Whichever one you can reach on a weekday afternoon without fighting traffic. There is no clinical difference. Patients on 380 or coming from the north usually pick this one.
Do you have an office in Prosper or Celina?
This is the closest one, and for much of Prosper it is a shorter drive than crossing town.
How old should my child be for a first visit?
Seven, per the American Association of Orthodontists. Most kids that age need nothing except a follow up in a year or two. A few need something small now that saves something large later.
