Our North Frisco office sits on 380, the road that runs along the southern edge of Prosper. For much of the town it is a shorter drive than crossing town.

University Drive and Highway 380 are the same road, and our North Frisco office is on the north side of it, across from Cook Children’s. If you live in Prosper, that road is already part of your week.
Windsong Ranch and the south and west of town are the shortest runs. From further north it is still a straight line down Preston or Coit.
To be clear: we do not have an office in Prosper. Our North Frisco office is the closest one, sitting on the road that forms the southern edge of town.

- Appointment timing. Prosper ISD schedules and the 380 traffic pattern do not always agree. Earlier and later slots go first, so book them ahead.
- Whether it is worth leaving town. Fair question. We are a specialist orthodontic practice, which means orthodontics is all we do, and for most of Prosper the drive is under fifteen minutes.
- Siblings on different schedules. We will stack appointments where we can so one trip covers two children.

The first visit
Free, and it runs about forty minutes. You get the exam, a digital scan and a written plan with the cost on it. Nobody will ask you to decide anything on the day. The American Association of Orthodontists suggests a first check at about age seven.
Insurance and payment
Most major PPO plans are in network, and we file either way. In-house payment plans run interest free, usually around five hundred down across twelve to twenty four months, with CareCredit and Cherry also available.
The same two doctors, every visit.
Whichever appointment you book, one of these two is in the room. No associates and no handing your case along partway through.
